As we stated before, our hypnotherapy for anxiety treatment is not formulaic so it is impossible to say how many sessions it will take to resolve your particular anxiety. However, as a rough guide simple things like nail biting or presentation nerves could take a couple of sessions, whereas more complex issues like agoraphobia could take more . After your first session your therapist will be able to advise you on how many sessions you are likely to need.
